the breakfast was good with options that met my needs.

i found long hairs on the bed sheets, quite off-putting. the phone in the room did not work, so i could not easily contact reception for assistance. noise traveled easily through the bathroom air ducts, and i could hear people shouting during the night. i wish these issues had been addressed more promptly.

the room was a good size. the bed was comfortable. the location suited my needs well. i found good food and a nice space to sit and have a drink.

The lady at reception had a rude attitude when i checked in. she did not provide vouchers for both days of breakfast. she also added extra breakfasts to the bill. the rooms were not clean. The bath had visible hairs and dirt.
